1.How do I get the keys?
The house has a keyless lock. You will be called before your arrival to answer any questions and given the code.
2. What’s the WIFI password?
The password is located on the refrigerator.
3. Do I need to stop at the main gate upon arrival?
If you have paid for your parking through Ocean Lakes portal and received your passes no you can go through. If you paid and not received your passes you will need to stop at the main gate to pick them up.
4. Do you furnish linens?
We do not furnish linens. All beds have pillows and comforters. There are extra pillows in the cabinet above the refrigerator or in the closets.
5. Do you have a gas grill?
There is a gas grill under in the parking area. We do not guarantee the propane bottle to be filled. However, if the propane tank is empty, it can be exchanged at most convenience stores, Lowes and Wal-Mart. If you need to get an exchange, please keep your receipt and I will reimburse you for the gas.
6. Can I check in early or leave late?
We truly want you to get the most out of your vacation. If the property is not rented in front of you or immediately behind you, we are very flexible. Please call for specific request.
7. Do you have a washer and dryer?
We have a stack washer and dryer unit at the end of the hall.
8. Emergency Information:
We do not have a land line telephone in the house. I have created a booklet that should be on the counter upon your arrival. It will have some contact information for you. As always, feel free to call me. My cell number is 704-219-3267 or Glenda Chitwood at 276-252-3542.
